Donpon promotes a culture of continuous learning through structured pre-employment and on-the-job training programs. New hires are guided to understand our values and operations, while current employees receive ongoing development through courses, mentorship, and job rotation.

HR sets an annual training plan, updated as needed to align with business goals. Training updates are shared regularly to encourage participation and support mutual growth of employees and the company.



Employee Retirement System

Donpon Group implements employee retirement programs in accordance with local laws in each operating region, ensuring basic retirement protection for all employees.

Taiwan Headquarters:
In compliance with the Labor Pension Act, Donpon contributes 6% of employees’ salaries to individual pension accounts under the new system, and allocates retirement reserves under the old system as required by the Labor Standards Act.

Overseas Operations (China and Thailand):
Donpon follows local regulations to contribute retirement reserves to government-designated accounts, ensuring compliance and protecting employee rights.

The Group will continue to uphold legal standards and adjust to local policy changes, providing a stable and compliant retirement framework.

A safe and healthy working environment

Occupational Safety and Health Management & Workplace Safety Measures

Upholding the principle of “prevention over cure,” the Company actively promotes occupational safety and health (OSH) management and workplace protection systems. In compliance with regulations, we are committed to building a safe, healthy, and comfortable working environment.

1. Occupational Safety and Health System

1.1 System & Organization
The Company has established OSH guidelines and appointed a dedicated supervisor to oversee safety policies, implementation, and continuous improvement. A cross-functional safety committee holds regular meetings to monitor performance and address issues.

1.2 Training & Drills
Fire safety training and evacuation drills are held every six months. Employees also receive OSH education and hazard awareness training to strengthen safety culture.

1.3 Health & Hygiene
On-site medical services provide basic care and health advice. Health seminars promote wellness, and workspaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected to ensure hygiene and comfort.

1.4 Incident Prevention
We conduct risk assessments and enforce standard operating procedures. In 2024, the Company reported zero occupational injuries, reflecting effective safety management.

2. Workplace Safety Measures

2.1 Access & Security
Factory entrances are monitored by security personnel and access control systems to ensure site safety.

2.2 Equipment & Fire Prevention
Fire and public facilities are inspected annually. A strict no-smoking policy is enforced, with ongoing safety patrols and awareness campaigns.

2.3 Emergency Preparedness
An Emergency Response Plan (ERP) is in place, with regular drills. High-risk zones are clearly marked and equipped with necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).

2.4 Compliance & Improvement
Regular audits and internal inspections ensure adherence to the OSH Act and support continuous improvement based on operational needs.
