1、Organizational Structure of the Sustainable Development Committee

Our company's Sustainable Development Committee was established on October 23, 113 and held its first meeting on December 12, 113.

proimages/icon/right_small_fill.png The Sustainable Development Committee has a Sustainable Development Promotion Group and a Risk Management Group, which undertake the company's sustainable development policies and annual plans from various functional units upwards, and carry out implementation work in three major areas: environmental sustainability (E), social relations (S), and corporate governance (G) downwards.

2、Responsibilities

Develop, promote, and strengthen the company's sustainable development policies, annual plans, and strategies.

Review, track, and revise the implementation and effectiveness of sustainable development.

Supervise the disclosure of perpetual information and review the perpetual report.

Supervise the implementation of the company's sustainable development guidelines or other sustainable development related work approved by the board of directors.
