In 2024, all directors completed more than 6 hours of continuing education. Newly appointed directors and independent directors each completed 12 hours of training.
All training was conducted in compliance with the required hours set forth in the "Guidelines for the Continuing Education of Directors and Supervisors of TWSE/TPEx Listed Companies."
